These terms govern access to and use of innomation.vn and innomation.com.vn, operated by Innomation Technology Corporation (“Innomation”, “we”). By visiting or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the website, including product pages, customer stories, Insight articles, careers pages and the demo, contact and application forms.
Licensing, deploying and operating Innomation products (AgentFlow, AutoFlow, Ragify, AutoMatching) and related consulting are governed by the contract, quotation and other agreements between Innomation and the customer. Where they differ from these terms, those documents prevail.
2. Product information on the site
- Feature descriptions, illustrations, sample screens and performance figures on the site show what the products can do. Actual results depend on each organisation’s processes, data, systems and deployment scope.
- Features, deployment options and roadmaps may change without notice. The binding scope and commitments are those in the quotation or contract.
- Innomation quotations and proposals exclude value-added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
- We try to keep information accurate and current but cannot guarantee the site is error-free. If you spot a mistake, please let us know.
3. Intellectual property
The Innomation name and logo, the AgentFlow, AutoFlow, Ragify and AutoMatching product names, the site design, text, images, diagrams and articles belong to Innomation or are used lawfully under licence from partners. Customer, partner and vendor names and logos belong to their respective owners.
You may view, download and print content for personal or internal business reference. Any other copying, modification, distribution or commercial use needs Innomation’s written permission. When quoting an article, please credit the source and link back to it.
4. Acceptable use
When using the site, you must not:
- Probe for vulnerabilities, attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or Innomation systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape the site in bulk without Innomation’s consent.
- Copy the site’s design, content or product descriptions to build or promote competing products.
- Submit forms with false information, impersonate others, or send harassing content, spam or malicious code.
- Use the site for any purpose that breaks Vietnamese law.
Innomation may block access, decline requests or report to the authorities when it finds such conduct.
5. What you send us
When you book a demo, request a consultation or apply for a job, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. Submitting a form does not create a contract or an obligation to provide products or services; a contract exists only once both parties sign or confirm it separately.

6. Third-party links and content
The site may link to partner, vendor or social media pages (Facebook, Messenger, LinkedIn, YouTube) or other external material. They are run by third parties; Innomation does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability or data practices.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. Innomation does not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free; it may be paused for maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control.
Content on the site, including articles on AI and automation, is general information and not advice for any specific situation. To the extent the law allows, Innomation is not liable for losses arising from using or being unable to use the site, or from relying on its content without formal advice.
Innomation’s liability for contracted products and services is set by the relevant contract.
8. Changes to these terms
Innomation may update these terms. A new version takes effect on the date it is published on this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept it.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will first be settled by negotiation; failing agreement, they go to the competent People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
